Dylan Pinker

Dylan has been working in the agricultural industry for over 13 years, following a stint with the young farmers! Since then he graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with an BSc Hons in Agriculture and completed a diploma in Ruminant Nutrition from Harper Adams.

As part of his time in the industry, Dylan joined a progressive pasture based dairy business, overseeing a significant expansion from 300 milking cows to 1300 cows over four years. Dylan has great practical knowledge through his previous work which he takes forward to his current dairy clients. He understands cow behaviour and works with producers helping them to achieve individual goals.

Dylan is passionate about improving herd health and fertility, understanding their connections with the animal's diet and environment. He also focusses on utilising & maximising homegrown forages to produce a profit for the clients he works with.
